Thailand studies leaseholds for foreigners, land windfall tax

Thailand is studying a law to allow foreigners to buy property through 50-year leasehold contracts and also to sell them, which would help boost demand for the country's property sector, the finance minister said.

DSI accepts arms seizure allegedly linked to Ko Tee as a special case

PM to check SEZ progress in Nakhon Phanom

Snakes and tortoise found hidden in parcels falsely declared as shoes and garments

Suspect in Thai-Belgian bridge blaze taken back to scene in downtown Bangkok

Opting for short-term bonds could be good move
