US citizen in Thailand, can I get a visa somewhere?

Featured Replies

Hey there,

so as a US citizen with a US passport, I have been visiting here without a visa for about 10 days now.

I decided that I want to stay longer than 30 days just now. Like a week longer. Is there a place or a way for me to apply for a visa so I can stay longer?

You can extend your 30 day visa exempt entry for 30 days at an immigration office for a fee of 1900 baht.

ah I see thank you.

I'm actually in Hua Hin right now and luckily there is an immigration office here so I will check that out.

Thanks again!
