My plan is to arrive BKK in June on SETV which i will extend , I want to have a return ticket to London .

My question is , is a extension garenteed ?

No, but you should have no problem getting one. They do not usually ask for flight bookings.

They are only free for those from countries that can get a 15 day visa on arrival,
