Police said the 10-storey-building Si Phraya Tower Inn caught on fire a little after 10 a.m. They suspected that the fire broke out at a kitchen and coffee shop on the second floor.

One of the drawbacks of condo holdings. You're subject to the stupid things tens or sometimes hundreds of folks do in their 'homes' on a day to day basis instead of just the 'less than fire safe' things that may go on in your own home.
