naboo Posted April 24, 2017 Share Posted April 24, 2017 The road between Chiangmai and Lamphun along the railway tracks has been being upgraded over the past month or two. It seems, from the video, that they had turned off the automatic gates at one of the crossings (after the accident a couple of years ago, all the crossings have now finally got working automatic gates and sirens).
