My son is a big lad, he's taller than me and has size 12 feet - but he's 87kg and way overweight. I really don't know much about dieting for that age and I don't want to do more harm than good - but he needs to drop at least 15kg I would say. He simply needs to: - cut out all junk food and sweets (especially soft drinks and sweetened coffee/tea drinks) - limit rice portion to 1 serving per meal And the weight will come right off. Sodas/sweet coffees/teas and junk foods are the usual culprits with teens and children. Their metabolisms are fast enough that minus those it would be very rare for them to be overweight.
