BANGKOK: -- Pheu Thai Party politician Chaturon Chaisang remains blacklisted by the Thai consular department and unable to travel overseas despite a recent decision by the Administrative Court to reverse his passport revocation.

Chaturon wrote on his Facebook page on Friday that he had learned the court’s order would had not come into effect, pending an appeal against the verdict submitted by the consular department.

His passport remained invalid to all Thai immigration offices and embassies, Chaturon said.

However, the politicians said that he consulted his legal team on Thursday to find a solution to enable him to travel abroad.
