Sorry, that link does nothing for me.  Check your PMs

I got the link to open and think it is the correct building but not 100% sure because I go to it from the other side.  Anyway find the Suan Dok pharmacy and registration is on the same floor near the South wall.

Yes, that a good idea.  To go to the Suan Dok pharmacy directly and ask if the medication in question is available and the cost.  I hadn't thought about that suggestion previously when I sent a PM to the OP.

There are two pharmacies that serve Suan Dok.  One is on the ground floor of the Sripat Building and the other is on the ground floor of "the escalator" building.  The pharmacy that serves the outpatients of Sripat Hospital is inside their more upscale reception area in the Sripat Building.  There's no way someone will wander in there by accident.  You go in through glass doors and immediately know you're in a private hospital reception area.  The nice, clean room and aircon is the tip-off that you've left the heaving masses of Suan Dok.

okey,

how to make a registration in Suandok clinic,

first you bring your passport at counter Number 19, if you are first time patient,

it is easy to notice. and that counter is open 24 7, on that counter is also an application for late night clinic ( after 15.00h and wound dressing, IV and injection )

when you finish registration, if you are between 7 do 15.00h, you need to go take a que number at information, and feel red or rose paper form, they have additional white for English, don't forget to take your HOSPITAL NUMBER,

after that you will go to screening nurse at counter 8,7 or 6 they will ask you what is wrong with you and how they can help you... Be careful in Thailand system is not same as in Europe, for example in my country skin cyst would be removed by a dermatologist, here intern does, same with many other. Internal medicine specialist.

I have donated blood in the complex by the SCB branch.  1) Is that SUAN DOK?  2). Would that put me in their system?

Actually, there are several SCB branches within the Suan Dok complex.  The best thing to do is bring your passport to Counter No. 19, as described above during a slow time, like maybe in the late afternoon and have them look in their on their computer to see if you're in their system.  Then, record your Hospital Number in a place you won't forget, like maybe a tattoo.   Only kidding about the tattoo.  Lanna Care Net has "In Case of Emergency" cards that are distributed at CEC meetings and at an upcoming seminar "Lessons Learned at the End of Life"  If you want to go to Suan Dok in case of an emergency, note that on the card, along with your Hospital No. and keep it in your wallet at all times.

I think blood bank is separate entity and not related to Suan Dok, they dont cooperate and share info, why is that, I m not sure

Could be.  Might be more a function of the Red Cross, as I had always gone to Red Cross inside the moat, for previous donations.  She even made an entry on that card.  They did however, look at my passport, and enter a bunch of stuff in the system.  Likely, just generated the bag numbers for the day.  OTOH, it did seem to be staffed by hospital personnel.

Nancy - always appreciate your helpful insights. If it helps, this is a combined map of the ground floors of both adjacent Suan Dok and Sriphat buildings. The information desk icon for Suan Dok is near the escalator symbol to the north and the information desk icon for the Sriphat Medical Center toward the south. Also shown are two pharmacies for Suan Dok (Maharaj Nakorn) and one for the Sriphat Pharmacy (latter located in their upscale lobby you mentioned -- in the southeast corner of the Sriphat Medical Center). Click various map icons for details. Wow, this map is good!  Not perfect, but the best I've seen.  It misses the fairly new SCB branch in the Sripat building, near the pharmacy -- the regular one, not the one in the upscale lobby, several 7-11s,  and many of the food courts and ATMs aren't noted.  Also, would have been helpful to note the several copy shops on the campus since they don't have copy machines in at the nurses' stations at Suan Dok.  Also, well now I'm really pushing it, but it would be nice, too, to note places with free wifi.

I really like the bold blue line that runs along the top of the map from the parking structure of Suan Dok Park into the hospital.  This is a very nice covered walkway, totally handicap accessible.  This is where you park when you access services at the complex.

Thanks. I know that Suan Dok/Sriphat offers wi-fi for hospital patients, but not sure about out-patients/visitors (I've always just used the data plan on my phone). Seems that any wi-fi signal would be pretty much hit and miss (there is a dedicated signal exclusively for hospital personnel use but not public). Maybe the coffee shop inside the downstairs food court (zoom out slightly to see map icon for the building toward the west end of campus, just before you reach the football pitch) has free wi-fi. Although out of the way I believe several coffee shops in Suan Dok Park also offer it.

There definitely isn't any wifi for inpatients at Suan Dok in the wards.  Maybe in the private or semi-private rooms, but I've never assisted an elderly expat in a private or semi-private room at Suan Dok.  Whenever someone asks about obtaining such a room, they are referred to Sripat.  I think these rooms at Suan Dok are reserved for those covered by higher level gov't insurance plans, like gov't employees or their dependents.

Instead, in the wards, sometimes one of the patients will have a smart phone with a data plan and can be encouraged to set up a "hot spot" for the fellow patients, on an ad hoc basis.  Many people with smart phones don't know that they are able to do this so they can use their lap top and also help some other people close to them, too.  It helps that they try to put English-speaking patients in the same ward room and it's possible to encourage this type of cooperation.

This brings to mind another couple options for low cost, fairly good quality Thai gov't health care.  Nakorn Ping Hospital is just beyond Lanna Golf Course on the road to MaeJo and has fairly good quality care.   CMU's, Geriatric Medicine Hospital near Hang Dong accepts patients as young as age 40 and has both inpatient and outpatient facilities.  There have been good reports from expats who have used their services and it seems to be easier to navigate for a newbie than Suan Dok or NPK.

The Geriatric Hospital on Hang Dong Rd is real sleeper.Recommended by our GP Dr Morgan, whose clinic is opposite, we went to have a look see.

That must be 2 years ago when they first opened and we were given a list of Drs attending.

Its naturally a very modern, underused facility judging by the empty car parking spots at the front

When I asked the receptionist about when a web site would be available, listing practioners ,days, etc I got the standard "coming soon" reply.

Did a search recently and there appears to be only a fb site, totally inadequate

Will try to call in and get an update.  Take no notice of the "Geriatric" label as Nancy L says its for 40+ which would cover a great number of residents,

especially convenient for those  living on the south side of the city

Although it certainly will not have all the information people will want, there is a web page for this unit of CMU Center for Medical Excellence.

I wonder what it is known as to the all knowledgeable songtaew drivers.  "Ole man clinic," or such..can't really see them using the word "geriatric."  Maybe if we provide an easy acronym, it will be easier to get there in an emergency.  ForFatFarangsForty+....or simply "4F.". Any others?

The Thai name of the facility is ศูนย์เวชศาสตร์ผู้สูงอายุ  which, if you paste into Google translate, comes back as "Geriatic Medical Center.  If you notice, the big signs on the building use the terms "GMC"  and I think it is locally know as GMC hospital.

I've not been in this facility, so I can't comment on whether they have an emergency department or doctors on staff 24/7.  The Hang Dong municipal hospital might be a better choice for an after hours emergency for people living in this area.  It a large hospital for an amphur hospital.
