YetAnother
Been a while since i last did this so mostly forgot details: seems i remember a letter from the land owner (does she have to be present and with housebook?) perhaps a letter from the new Kamnan ? police letter ? draw a map ? forms of course and an interview my wife is a 10% owner in the land; the remaining 90 is my sister in law who lives in hong kong thoughts ? thanks
ubonjoe
A TM28 form and proof of residence. A copy of the house book with the house masters ID card attached to it. If not a family member a statement from them that you are living in the house would be needed for proof of residence.
YetAnother
Joe: thanks; as to the proof of residence...what would qualify ? i am not in the housebook; bank accounts with name /address on it ? letters to me at my new address ? driver license ? (oops that would be circular) does sister-in-law qualify as family for this purpose ?

YetAnother
thanks joe; my 'new immigration office' is unfriendly; i presume that letter would have to be in thai; another question: i am having a house built in chiang saen and i takes 2-3 months; have been in a guesthouse for quite a bit now as the house is almost done; am i in violation of some reporting rule by not being continuously in my currently stated residence ?
