yeah, i didn't know,, or more probably completely forgot but apparently died of  a heart attack aged 43 in 2001.  

 

edit completely of topic  but spotted this one today http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-365788/Haynes-dies-car-crash.html  got his age totally wrong but hey its the mail .

Let's get this show back on the road. There are no Scottish managers in the Premier League; mind you there are only 3 English.

At the start of 2011/12 season; a mere 6 years ago;  there was 7 Scottish managers in the Prem. Who were they and their clubs?

That proper Scottish sounding guy malky mackay and I might have this mixed up with a ref of the same name but a geezer called Irvine. 

 

Was mackay Bradford city boss? 

Also a Norwich manager young lad alex something was a boss in prem.
