Whats the point of the morning and afternoon alcohol law?
It and everything a young person does has to do with brain development and the environment they grew up in. Irrational decisions happen in teens because of this since the beginning of time. Reasoning, impulsivity and bad decisions are all from the PFC development. It also has nothing to do with stupidity, as many who have a high IQ have made irrational decisions. The environment comes in from being taught or not, peer pressure from others who might influence them because they look up to them, and just being young with little experience in life. -
