How many years did this project take? The one in Khon kaen took 10 years and financed three times because the money

kept disappearing. Amazing Thailand.

This one is so far running about 90 days over the planed 810 days schedule.

If they are under,on or over budget is not known.

Yes your right ,but just like many of the roads on the dark side going uphill ,you wont be able to get into the tunnel for the floods coming downhill:smile:
