I have been looking at YouTube videos on how to increase your internet speed.I have all ready changed my DNS to an open DNS.

Then there are some videos which tell me to open the "local group policy editor" by typing "gpedit.msc" in to the run box and press O.k.

But it doesn't work so I can't get past this stage.

I have the latest Windows 10 genuine copy with all the updates.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or another way to open

the "local group policy editor"

I've tried what you recommended but can't understand where it says,if you have a 64bit than you should Copy the following folders and files to C:\Windows\System32
GroupPolicy“, “GroupPolicyUsers” and gpedit.msc.

copy from Where...............

The document says

  1. Go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder
  2. Copy the following folders and files to C:\Windows\System32
    GroupPolicy“, “GroupPolicyUsers” and gpedit.msc.

So the files you want are located in C:\Windows\SysWOW64
