Looking out my hotel window at the passing parade a lot of Thai women are sporting the latest fashion which completely exposes the shoulders. I guess that is one cultural rule that has died in LOS. Would never see that here in village but trip into city and yes you see it there. Asked the Mrs about it just now. She would wear off the shoulder and has away from village and province.
