Frankly why isn't anyone reporting this fraudster.

Can't be bothered to look it up but l always understood that westerners cannot become Thai policemen they only be helpers as Tourist police so if anything that's the only type he can be.

i have seen two Falang in the Thai police both had real motor bikes not like the girly ones some police ride, and they both spoke fluent Thai.
