My lovely wife switched off the fridge for about three weeks and of course everything was ruined, but not my sausage skins which were salted, homemade pickles and spices. She dumped the lot! I tried to buy them from Makro Pattaya from where I bought the last lot, but was told owing to food hygiene regulations they now do not stock them.My wife has told me that the locals get their skins from butchers, but not easy to get.
