I am confused about a few things, kindly help out.

1/I arrived here on a NON imm B 3 months issued overseas which expires June 5.

My work permit has been prepared for June 1 delivery, and I have to pick it up;

-is  that still at Department of Labour?

2/Then I would have to apply for extension of my NON imm B , work permit in hand, I suppose;

-is that in Chaeng Wattana and which documents do they need?

3/I live in the North of Thailand and I work from home and on location,

I will fly to Bangkok to pick up wp and extend non B;

-is it necessary in the future to do all my immigration matters in Bangkok? - the company being based in Bangkok but me living upcountry.

Thank you for your advise.

1. Yes at the department at labor office where it was applied for.

2. Yes Chaeng Wattana immigration in most cased.

    Your employer should know what is required for the extension since they have to supply the majority of them. Here is the list from the Bangkok immigration website extension based upon working .pdf

3. Will you work permit state you are working at other locations than the location in Bangkok?

    You will certainly have to apply for your extensions in Bangkok. You may able to change your address to the local office to do your         90 day reports.
