Would be nice to be able to drop off in the morning and pick up in the evening, so far I have only come across places that need 24 hours.

While the price would be higher than a curbside laundry, any large hotel would surely provide such a service.

Almost any laundry shop will do this if you ask them to. You will pay extra, of course.

Try the laundry in Soi Day-Night 2. If you are facing Tukcom on Pattaya Tai, it is the soi to the left.  Walk down the soi, it is on the left, next to Family Mart.

 

They also claim to be able to do dry cleaning. Same day should be no issue.

As already stated by KK, virtually every laundry shop will do same day.

Especially the smaller ones where it is the actual owner plus maybe family working it.

 

Pay a bit more within reason, and they`ll put themselves out to get your laundry done in time.

Depends on the weather.  It helps if the laundry has it's own dryer in that case.
