I have an amazing apartment near BTS Bearing which is a fantastic space to work (2 walls of windows, very green outside, quiet and lots of desk/studio space) It’s a new build and a great deal at only B12000 a month and I really don’t want to lose it. I need to leave Thailand for 7 months ideally so looking to sublet.
