I have a stitch from laughing and just spat coffee over my laptop!! As for the other comments regarding "brake failure"..... misterphil Posted June 7, 2017 Share Posted June 7, 2017 Been a diesel fitter for over 30 years and worked on air brakes all my working life. Never heard so much <deleted> about the brakes failing as much as this lot reckon they do. If there was no air in the system the rear brake chambers apply the brakes automatically. If he put the handbrake on it would do the same as that releases air and applies the springs in the chambers.
