Build it next to a LNG re-gassification plant. Thailand plan to import 10 million tons of LNG per year. That should keep your servers crisp and cool.

Think about charcoal powered generators! Ideal when tou set up your business in Isaan.

I can talk from experience when world cruising , you will need back up for the backup and spares for the spares

 and you grill chickens asses on sticks and sell it to the locals as an additional flow or revenue
