JOB TITLE:                             Sales & Intake Coordinator

 

DIRECTLY REPORTS TO:      Sales Director

 

LOCATION:                           Bangkok

 

SALARY PACKAGE:              THB 100,000 package inclusive of commission

 

We are a leading addiction treatment provider with a collection of inpatient and outpatient treatment centres across the world.

 

Our new service is dedicated to the LGBTQ community and we require a passionate and active member of the community to join our team

 

1.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Receive and respond to incoming calls and emails from potential clients, exchange information to identify client needs, and determine the Company’s ability to meet them

·      Record the outcome of enquiry either manually or in an automated manner, ensuring all the required information is collected and the fields are completed in the database

·      Nurture all leads, plan and make follow-up calls where necessary

·      Work with marketing team to feedback the quality of the lead

·      Provide logistical support to clients before and after treatment

·      Liaise with Accounts department on client invoicing and payment

·      Coordinating logistics between different departments until client arrival

·      Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports. Reports will be daily enquiry logs with weekly and monthly sales reports

·      Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management

·      General administrative duties

·      Other duties as required by the Sales Director

 

 

2.   PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

 

Essential

·      Native English Speaker

·      Passionate and active member of the LGBTQ community

·      Age: 28+

·      Strong sales skills tempered by empathic approach

·      Currently living in Thailand

·      Proficient in relevant office computer software and applications

 

 

Desirable

 

·      Experience in health care delivery or related business experience

·      Knowledge of sales based data base systems

·      Experience in leading a sales team
