You are going to get a lot of varying replies...

Raja Fashions and Narry Tailors both in the Nana area both seem to be the popular Tailors when this thread pops up (as it frequently does).

Price wise: I seem to remember paying about THB 14,000 for a Suit from Raja's. Price depends on fabric.

That said: IMO if your body shape is 'normal' you can find a quality suit off the Rack in most department stores and have slight adjustments made.

generally you'll get what you pay for, cheap price; lower quality fabric and workmanship, but also beware higher prices can also be low quality fabric and workmanship(!). you just have to look at the fabric, styling and stitching on the 'example garments' outside shops to see  this.

unless i had a personal recommendation and saw an example of the work done for another customer i'd avoid. plenty of places to buy decent quality suits off the peg and have minor adjustments done

+1 for Raja's Fashions.

Been buying from 'Majestic Tailors' on Lower Suk (main Rd) - I think it was somewhere between Soi 2 / 4.

Been buying there for 5 years (wear the clothes regularly) and very happy.

I got a tasty suit from a place I think it was ratchaprarop rd some funky name but I recall it very well. Ok so this suit was decent but it took 1 day and I paid 7000 5 years ago from Romeo and Julie t tailors on the main Rd there. I stayed at that big hotel the one people go and look at at the top famous old place by pratunam market.

So, you have been buying from them for 5 years, yet you are not sure where the shop is? !!!!

Years ago I bought about a dozen suits over course of 4 years. All at Oriental Tailors, near (but not inside) Oriental Hotel. Would buy 2-4 at a time, they had my measurement. True Brit style tailors, took 3 fittings and had beautiful British tropical wool. Price depends on the material, not cheap but far better than London. Beware of tailors here where many will take you measurements and sub out the work to shabby shops in local sois.
