I had an ED visa running out three days ago (June 26) with the 90 reports sheet for July 3.

I just came back yesterday with a brand new ED visa (via Suvarnabhumi airport) and got stamped until September.

However, do I need to go immigration tomorrow for my 90 reports (due July 3) or it has been reset with my new arrival yesterday?

I still have the sheet in my passport so I was wondering...

Thx

You report 90 consecutive days in the kingdom. If you were not there for the full 90 days there is nothing to report.

Your date of arrival will count as the first day for the next 90 days.

The requirement of doing a report of staying longer than 90 days in the country ended on the day you left the country since apparently you left before you reached 90 days since your last report.

Your next report will be due 90 days from when you apply for an extension of your 90 day entry from the visa.

Since the OP crossed the border, his situation is different from mine.   But a warning for others who may be in the same boat as I was:

Don't make the mistake of believing that getting a brand new extension of stay resets the 90 day clock.  I foolishly believed that a new extension of stay (based on WP) met the requirement of a 90 day report.  The nice people at the BKK One Stop disagreed and fined me 2000 baht, with a stamp in my passport.  Within a week of getting the new extension of stay at the same One Stop

Crossing the border resets the clock.   A new extension of stay from within the country apparently doesn't reset the clock.  I don't know if a new ED visa does, except to the extent that getting the new visa required leaving the country.

Only for the first extension. It will the 1st extension of a new entry from his visa.

They don't do it because they are nice, they do it because they don't know the rules.
