ELITE VISA

Featured Replies

I need to know if i get the 5 year ELITE VISA and i stay for example 4 months in Europe,  the 4 months are excluded in the VISA program ?

For example, i stay 4 months in Europe and i come back in Thailand , i can stay 5 full years in TH or just 4 years and 8 Months ??

Thanks

When you  join to get Thai Elite membership you get a PE visa that is valid for 5 years that allows unlimited one year entries until it expires  Every time you enter the country you get a new one year entry up to the date it expires.

Being out of the country in no way affects the visas validity.

thank you for answering

my passport expires in 2019 and my government want the old passport back when I doing the new passport

so , I cannot use 2 passport but just the new one

I have any problem with the Elite Visa ?

Immigration put the Visa with the expired passport date but what happen with new passport ? I need the old one too for show the old elite Visa ? ( and in this case is not possible for me... )

I find it unusual that your country keeps your old passport. Most allow you to keep it or at least the option to have it back if you have a valid visa in it.

Perhaps your best option would be to get a new passport before applying for the PE visa.

I am sure though that there is a way to get another PE visa issued valid to the same date your original one put in your new passport. I am sure the Thai Elite staff can help you with that.

After I try to register on the website and press SUBMIT. It says "ERROR! Done"

I have tried Firefox and Safari browser but no luck.

The 90 day report is to report being in Thailand for 90 days.  If you are not then no report.  When you come back the 90 days starts the day you arrive.
