USA is in a no win situation, any surgical strike and NK will poor millions of troops over the border, but not before they have pondered the border region with the thousands of artillery they have ready first, tens of thousands will die

Trump only needs to convince the countries around North Korea that it will not make the first strike. But if North Korea makes the first strike then the USA will wipe them out. That comes with possible fall out concerns for Russia and China so it would be a good idea for those two to get the little fat fella to pull his head in!

The Korean ground forces aren't much of a threat. The vast majorijty are poorly equipped and poorly trained. The South Koreans can easily stop them. But the artillery is another matter.

I think it could be quite scary actually. Many rumours exist of substantial tunnelling from the N Korean side to S Korea to be used as a line of assault. A million N Koreans running riot in S korea would be difficult to manage and many are brainwashed to the point of being berserk. Lets hope we do not have to witness such an event.
