EC says disagreement on organic laws will not delay election

BANGKOK, 10th July 2017 (NNT) - The Election Commission of Thailand (EC) says the disagreements over the draft organic laws on the EC and political parties, between the electoral organ and the Constitution Drafting Commission will not delay the next general election.

PHUKET: -- Local residents in Thalang are calling for authorities to take steps to prevent any further high-speed accidents in their neighbourhood after a pickup truck crashed into a home’s concrete boundary wall in a three-vehicle wipeout early yesterday morning (July 9).

Thailand accuses Malaysian company of being ‘transnational crime syndicate’

 

BANGKOK, July 10 —  A Malaysian company with deep business interests in southern Thailand has been accused of being a “transnational crime syndicate” and having caused the kingdom to suffer financial losses worth “billions of Baht” (1 Billion Baht = RM125 million).

    PARIS (Reuters) - France will press ahead with tax cuts promised by new President Emmanuel Macron, a finance ministry source said on Monday, despite warnings from the official state audit body about an 8 billion euro ($9.1 billion) hole in the budget.

    Attorney general orders probe into ‘drunk’ public prosecutor whose voice went viral

    NCPO shrugs off call for military reform
