Approval letter, questions

Hi,

 

 

 

I have received the ELITE VISA approval letter, but i have some questions:

 

 

# When the 5 Year VISA start ? from the Approval letter date ? when i make the deposit or when immigration affix the VISA page in the passport ?

 

# i have to go alone  at the Chaengwattana Immigration Office in Bangkok  or they accompany me  ( i'm not in Bangkok  now ) ?  

 

# I have 90 days available for make the payment ( start from the Approval letter date ) ?

 

# What options i have for make the 90 Days report ?

The PE visa will be valid for 5 years from the date it is issued at immigration.

Thai Elite staff will meet you at Chaeng Wattana after you contact them to set a date and time.

You have 90 days. What do you have now that will allow you to stay in the country that long.

The 90 day  reporting options depend upon where you are living. You will have to report to your local immigration office. If you are living where there is a That Elite office you can take your passport to them and they will do the report for you.

I have to leave 30 July ( 30 day extension ) and the approval letter is  11 july , so i have 90 days more ? i no have to leave the country 30  july ?

You will have to leave on July 30th unless you get the PE visa before then.
