her brother put her in that position. hardly born of merit was it. guys not even allowed in the country!

Still need the electorate to give her the mandate and position. Like Ahbisit was put in his place by the elites, hardly worthy of merits and abandoned by the people.

So you are not a democrat nor do you believe in democracy right?

by who?  you think 'whoever' has the right to over-rule democracy makes you a fascist

I believe democracy will come. but I believe this place can wait right now due to other things. and I believe that those are in power now are doing the right thing. if you must know

that's a bit strong. but you're entitled to your opninion

You are not a democrat that's for sure. So how would you describe yourself?

Beauty in the eyes of the beholder. Reality is the wakeup call. Corruption index and competitive index never recover, economy stagnated and can't compare to previous government, investments and domestic consumption down. Still stuck in tier 2 watch list in human trafficking. Didn;t work well at all but you entitle to your own opinion.

I am just an outsider looking in. this place needs time to transition. it wasn't ready for pure democracy. if you can't see that then that's up to you. there are other issues that could fragment democracy at this time. democracy will come later. like I said before. now is not the time

they are working on those indexes. anyway. it will be fine. that's a fact. expect the world to change in a day. some might call that naive

They have been around for last 3 years and soon 4 years before an election (keep my fingers crossed); longer than most elected government. Maybe lots of work but not much to show or maybe it is just the incompetency of the junta to improve anything. Just pray that they don't make things worse. The signs are quite worrying with the reserves depleting and poor revenue collection and the military spending continue unabated. But you are a positive thinker :clap2:.

maybe there is a lot more to that. which can't be discussed online. maybe they are doing the right thing. maybe the economy will lose some money in the short term. and maybe, just maybe. you'll have an election with some politicians running the place in a year or so. for now. just accept how it is. they are the best thing for this country right now

I feel better now after your assurances.

they are not assurances. they are just an opinion. I expect it will all be fine. I truly do believe that. it's a transition of power. a transition of love. it's a massive thing. this time the military was right to take control.

"maybe there is a lot more to that. which can't be discussed online."

Yes, and like all junta huggers you love it.  We can't point out the hypocrisy and absurdity of your position.

"maybe they are doing the right thing"

Between censorship and outlawing criticism we may never know.

"you'll have an election with some politicians running the place in a year or so"

Seriously?  Are you unaware that the junta has promised an election "next year" every year since the coup?  It has been pointed out that under the military constitution the elected officials will have as much or as little power as the military allows them, but you are ignoring that.  Are you familiar with the term "willful ignorance"?

"they are the best thing for this country right now"

"they" are a broken record playing the same thing over and over again.  That is far from the best thing.
