Ossy
My son, in England, plans to send me his 'old' but still quite valuable bicycle - I've kindly agreed to pay the carriage! - and I'm anxious to know how the customs people deal with used goods entering the country. We know that new imports carry a 40% duty but if this rate was applied to my son's gift, it would render the entire process unviable. Can any member help me here? chickenslegs
You could try contacting the customs dept to as what duties/taxes would be charged.http://en.customs.go.th/content_special.php?link=contact_form.php&lang=en&top_menu=menu_contactus
