wayned Posted August 16, 2017 Share Posted August 16, 2017 There is a chicken flavored seasoning powder available at Tesco, big C, etc. It contains iodized salt46%, sugar18% ,MSG 17%, protein powder 5.6%, chicken powder 5%, garlic powder 4% ,onion powder1.2%, chicken fat 1.2% and pepper powder 1%. I use it to season foods but have never tried it on french fries. It's in the section with Thai spices in an orange bag, There are three sizes available and it is cheap, 27 baht for the mid size bag (I think).
