at the ripe age of 49,  you would probably think me younger, however i meet people slightly younger or slightly older than myself on a daily basis that you would swear were in their 60's.

while i have not led a gentle life and have indulged many vices i have also been very active physically.

 

i would say my  own nacrcissim has served me well. this motorcycle guy probably led a hard life of booze and whores  and bore the scars.

Actually Viagra was originally only available on prescription in the UK because of the risks of heart attacks.  The fake Viagra comes in different forms (kamagra for one) which are generic and can be very harmful.  Lost a pal in Cambodia to it a few years ago and another to a Chinese copy in Thailand a couple of years ago.  However as you say some are just chalk like so many fake drugs in Thailand.
