What am I 'cherry picking'? Makes no sense. 'Leaky roofs/paint job'. As you well know, I was making the point that national data was just numbers, not property condition, after you mentioned recalls with cars--which is also not on the national car data. Both are just numbers of units. More lame deflection. Not all condo projects are large. Even in a large project, not all condos in the project are the same size, have the same view, are on the same high or low floor, face in the same direction, have the same furniture/decoration, etc. And, of course, not all condos in a project are even for sale--usually most aren't. Whether it's one condo building or one condo market--say Pattaya--you're always starting with a big number and ending up with a much smaller number when a buyer's criteria is punched in. As I said before, it's also the same when you go looking for a rental--you start with a large number of choices and end up with a much smaller number. Unless you tell the rental agent, "I don't care at all--rent me any condo. It can be anywhere, doesn't matter to me. Beachside, Darkside--whatever. Any size works too--it can be a tiny studio or a huge 3-bedroom penthouse. I'll be happy as a clam with either. And, really any price is perfectly ok, too, whether it's 25,000 baht a month or 250,000 baht a month. I have absolutely no wants or needs so just pick anything, there should be a lot to choose from."
