To appease people maybe some type of Dolphin statue could be erected in the area.

It may be appropriate for the open mindedness of Pattaya.

You guys ever swim with the Dolphins and wonder why they like to snuggle up to you?

maybe he's forgotten that like a LOT of govt officials! Maybe the public SHOULD have a say

This new bunch of city hall officials where appointed by the "MIG" who in turn appointed themself to run the country and gave themself immunity from past present and future misdeeds...why would they think they need to consult with the public ?

May I ask this in the Pattaya forum , because I believe Bangkok may be different Air conditioned bars , i am observing they get less customers, do you believe I'm correct ? I had a farang recently who told me that particular bar failed as it had glass windows and was air conditioned, I was absolutely and what's the word.... gobsmacked! Does it make you consider stepping in perhaps some hesitation ? and opening the glass doors to go in , do you prefer open bars and why ? I didn't notice
