Can i obtain it at the information desk ?

And how much would it cost

If you are over 70 years old you can use fast track entrance (immigration) without fee.

 

You might also ask about wheelchair service?

There is no desk you can obtain the service at the airport.
You have to pre- book 24 hrs in advance- visa or mastercard only.
Unfortunately i have a different card.
I would feel a bit guilty about the wheel chair thing (always someone worse off ) - the trusted walking stick will have to suffice i guess.
