gkroo
Visited Nonthaburi Immigration today to lodge my 1st marriage extension as I am changing from a retirement extension of which expires on 16 Sept thus allowing for the 30 days consideration. No problems whatsoever and whole process including interviewing wife and neighbour took approxmately 80 mins. I followed the list of all documents required as supplied by TV and there were no problems except they required some additional copies of my old bank passbook. Passport has been stamped to return on the 11 Sept for final extension stamp for 12 months.
gkroo
Just a follow up from last Friday, as yesterday (Mon 14/8) was a public holiday I received phone call from Nonthaburi Imm at 0830 today asking if okay to visit my house today. 2 officers came at about 1045,we had coffee and they chatted to my wife and neighbour, then took photographs of my passport, wifes IC and neighbours IC. Photo of myself, wife & the senior officer all sitting on the lounge, photos of wife & self in kitchen, bedroom and lastly another one at the front of our house with the house number and the senior Imm officer. All very cordial & friendly but not sure what a few of my other neighbours were thinking seeing a Thai Police plated vehicle parked at my house ?????
