Jan 31st i must leave thailand after 6 month since my tourist visa with double entry period is over, i want to go to langkawi the 31st for a week then get back to Thailand 3 weeks before i go to Sweden at the end of february, is that possible or will they say stop at the border ?

Tourist visa days do not count against the 90 day entry without visa rule. You should not have any problem.

you can do 3 VOA (visa exempt) entries every 180 days. Your fine. If you go to Langkawi then there is a Thai consulate there and you might be able to procure another single entry tourist visa but really not necessary.
