Just left bumingrad hospital immigration section after an unsussrful 90 day report attempt.

I live in bkk but had an extended stay in Pattaya where I was doing my reports.

The blue form attached shows the next 90 day reporting date but the immigration officer told me I instead needed to get a new retirement extension Instead.

So by that time I was back in bangkok and was granted a new extension as can be seen in my attachment.

My assumption was my next 90 report is about now however the lady at bumingrad immigration said I should have made a 90 report at the same time I recieved my new extension and that I need to go to bangkok immigration to pay a fine.

Is she right? IMG_20170823_150044.jpgIMG_20170823_144904.jpg

Apparently your 90 day report was due 2 days after you did your extension. You should of done the 90 day report at the same time you did the extension.

You will be fined 2000 baht for a late 90 day report now.

You can do the report up to 15 days before or 7 days after the report date including that date in the count.
