Any ideas as how I would translate this?

In my country, UK, this is half-way to a Masters and I want to translate it for the Special Branch police to show it is above a degree, which gets me more points in the citizen application process.

Also, it is in Materials Technology.

I concur with ประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต

I have not seen อนุปริญญาโท used, only อนุปริญญา for less than undergraduate certificate,

This does seem to be a matter of opinion, if there is such a qualification in the Thai system between ปริญญราตรี and ปริญญาโท I would expect someone to know it.
From the language point of view don't see anything wrong with using อนุ to show that it is a step below ปริญญาโท if อนุปริญญา is one step below bachelor.
However we are talking jargon here and I suspect that อนุ is not favoured by bachelors of any subject other than perhaps liberal arts.
ประกาศ + นียม + บัตร + บัณฑิต probably does equate to some English jargon but unless บัณฑิต has been paired with either bachelor, master or doctor ประกาศนียบัตร could apply to any of the seps in higher education it seems to me.
However I am probably wrong
