On my 1st Extension of Stay ( Retirement based ) with a Multiple Re-Entry Permit.

What I want to know is, I have just left Thailand, when I return by Air via Suvarnabhumi what Number do I put of the form TM6 where it says VISA #?

Thanks in advance :)
