The world is laughing at this military junta so many generals but they couldn't even keep an eye on a little old lady.  God help the people if the country was invaded.   The buck stops with Prayuth and he is responsible just as he held Yingluk responsible for all that failed during her watch.

Is there even a Thai word for "accountability" ?

Just hop in your private Lear Jet (RedBull or otherwise)

and bye bye "accountability". Taxi into an airport hanger, in a foreign country,

hop into a limo,  and bypass immigration.
