Not sure what Samui will want to do the 90 day report.

At a minimum it would be a completed TM47 form and your passport.

If it is your first report they may want proof of residence.

Did my 2nd 90day report yesterday at Surin Immigration on marriage extension. Did not have to wait. Handed my passport to the only officer at the desk, he scanned it, printed out a 1/2 page document, stamped it, initialed the stamp, signed the form and handed me my passport back.  I was in and out 5 minutes tops.
