Where To Buy Stainless Steel Flanged Nuts And Bolts In Chiang Mai

I tried in NANA screw.

This is a store with everything - I thought - until now.

They don't have what I need:

Stainless Steel:

flanged nuts and bolts

flanged locknuts

flanged shoulder bolts

All common on bikes...

Anyone know where to go in Chiang Mai for this stuff - in Stainless Steel - so - not the Honda or Suzuki dealer. . .

thanks,

Heading out of town across Narawat bridge, there are two hw stores on the left just before Bumrungrad Road. They have always had everything I needed or could get it. Hope that helps.

thanks. I'll check it out and verify they have flanged bolts, shoulder bolts, and locknuts

Checked about 5 shops on the left. One specialized in nuts and bolts.

they had SS flanged nuts !

no flanged locknuts (with metal or nylon)

no flanged bolts

no flanged shoulder (partly unthreaded) bolts

Almost every nut/bolt on a motorcycle is flanged.

Anyone can recommend somewhere else to try?

I guess a lot depends on what quantities you want. Just a few for your own bike rebuild or by the box or commercial quantities?

Have you shown samples to the shop with the SS nuts & had a Thai speaker ask if they can get them for you?

Otherwise I think you'll be looking at a trip to Bangkok, Bang Na area? Not sure, others will no better. Move the request away from bike specific & you might have more readers.

Personally, as a mechanic in a previous life, i think flanged bolts/nuts are great.

If you need quantity, or a local shop are willing to order them for you - this company stock just about everything. Online catalog as well.

thanks. They don't have flanged SS bolts.

I think I'll give up and worry about some bigger issues I have with my bikes.

I don't need quantity.

Thanks guys.
