Larry La Prise, the man who wrote "The Hokey Kokey", died peacefully at age 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in, and then the trouble started. ** Actually Larry died on April 4th 1996 so this is quite old, never heard it before though. "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

June 11, 200521 yr Author Yeah, seems this 'song' has different variations around the world, usually the "Hokey something" though. Also apparently Larry was sued for plagerising someone else's lyrics. "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
