Want Visa To Usa For Friend- Is "international Migration & Travel Co. Ltd." A Good Company?

After several years of visiting Thailand annually, I would like to help a Thai friend get a tourist visa to the USA, and would like to know if this company ("International Migration & Travel Co. Ltd.") in Bangkok truly helps people obtain a visa and can be trusted. What was your experience? Is it worth the cost?
