Thailand currently has a third world attitude towards garbage and thus a 3rd world garbage management system… nothing is taught in primary school as she reflects that same attitude…she as I do sees all the garbage/litter around us in our walks and rides in CM hero volunteers are not a viable solution…my American neighbor Lance used to pick litter in our moo baan on his daily walks…he moved away… the Thai culture has no respect for nature…garbage everywhere is part of their environment and sadly the people individually and collectively accept it….

Some things I would add to your current list… on the day of application, must go to your bank to get a letter stating your bank amount dated that day plus copies of your today’s updated bank book… CM requires 3 months (for 2nd annual) of having at least 400k on 3 separate monthly bank statements make 2 copies of your last 3 months of your bank pass book even if this is a duplicate of what the bank gives you also a bank guarantee letter stating your name and your account with them. My bank has to request it from bkk office so took a couple of days to obtain I think the copy of the TM 6 card no longer applies since that practice has stopped….

The baht is weak at 36 but RT airfare for next year is 2 -3 times of a pre covid ticket so coming to thailand for $2-3k a RT ticket worth it? any cost savings disappear in international airfare….
