What’s the point of this article headlining road accidents? My guess it’s a deflection strategy than reporting on a few cases of the 66 that die daily on average on Thai roads?

You can go to the pm 2.5 daily records when green shows the means rain occurred…. May is usually the 2nd driest month behind March but last year the rains came and stayed in May…it takes a few days to clear as long as the rains continue… historically, the rainy season starts in early June with Heavy rains in aug/sept… April can have showers but not sustained thus minimal impact on AP levels… without unexpected rains, March April and May brutally hot and humid as well…. safe bet - return June 1st

Think immigration will say cancelled flight or postponed flight is your problem not theirs…I think they will say you are on an overstay so you should take care of immediately paying overstay or get on another flight or airline asap.., problem with border run is you don’t have a Thai pass in your hand for entry….fly out asap

I think you can start Thai pass within 60 days of entry…that means for some expats they still will be in thailand if they wish to start online process b/f they depart unless staying more than 2 months abroad… I will do exactly that I have access to computer scanner printer at home here…

Very few people on this board understand the purpose and the direction/information that the CDC provides….their recommendations are guidelines (not law) for businesses, companies, countries to develop and shape their own policies and programs…. I worked closely with the CDC in doing exactly that for our hospital operations…it is a well respected organization that’s no nonsense, science driven and some of the best medical minds in the world…very similar to NIOSH in structure…very impressive current director with impeccable credentials…. CDC is a recommending body only that the USA hospitals and healthcare systems respect and absolutely no reason to question their intentions or motives… if you don’t like what they say….good for you….then don’t follow their guidelines….just don’t show your ignorance and stupidity on their advice…take it or leave it….they don’t set policy or requirements….let the Thai gov do that for you…how much was that mandatory PCT test? How much for $20K insurance? Where do I pick up that sealed van? Where do i put the empty food trays? What, No refund on the 5th day hotel cancellation? If it walks like sheep, if it behaves like sheep…..you get the drift…you should re-analyze your misplaced anger….

For entry into thailand, you must take a PCR test even if in recovery mode….airlines want to know as they differ in how they treat tests….

The short answer is you don’t have to as the stamp is still good in your old passport… that means immigration must stamp to cancel/used the re-entry in the old and put your arrival/entry stamp in the new one….
