    We used to have a holiday program on TV in the Netherlands. The presenter would ask people while on holiday in a country in Europe to show the country on a map. Results where hideous, some drove there by car and couldn't even find it.

    It is a requirement from the Thai Central Bank to try to reduce hacking damage, all Thai banks will need to implement a biometric check in the following months for certain transactions / limits changes. Major banks remind clients to update facial scans for mobile banking (nationthailand.com)

    You would need to employ 4 Thai people in your company to get a work permit for yourself. Unless you are from the USA, you can only own 49% of the company, the remaining 51% must be in a Thai name.

    If something happens, you sell the car and bikes, that would take a while and you would get less than you paid for. Not sure if the hospital would like to wait for that and you have to be in a state to be able to sell them.
