    Tell HR your new address, they will take care of it. I have never done a TM30 myself and moved around quite a few times.

    They scan your QR code in your passport and immediately have all you immigration info, besides that they can see if you are in a "wanted" / "fraud" and a couple of more lists.

    There are colored people in most parts of the world and haven't' seen any of them being black. While it is a common term it doesn't fit reality. When being in the sun for a while I am darker than a lot of people calling themselves black, but still being called white.
