  1. This is not Thai culture but happens when lowlifes are involved.
  2. A 13 year old CAN NOT give consent legally. So it is rape.
  3. Why did you say did then: " This was semi legal as legal ID but not obtained 100% kosher." It was 100% not legal
  4. "She would talk to her uncle in Chiang Rai to see if he could help. After awhile we went to CR and paid a lot money to get a "white Thai ID". Sure looks like it. You get an ID from the government after you submit paperwork. Not from an uncle and pay a lot of money.
  5. Get an ID from Myanmar and stop trying to buy an illegal Thai ID.
  6. Poor woman / scapegoat? In broad daylight she drove over somebody, continued driving, not looking for help. If there was a cone most likely she wouldn't have seen that too. The worker should get sympathy, not an idiot in a car.
  7. You need to watch where you are driving. Not blaming? <deleted>
  8. No, the main issue is somebody driving a car and not looking at the road.
  9. "post a sign on their property basically asking to find the owner in exchange for finder fees" That would be harassment, would you like it that people post a sign in your garden if they want to buy your plot? Village headman is a good idea.
  10. Click on the link, there you can subscribe to a newsletter which will give you info about promotions in due time.
  11. Here some info for Samui: Ferries from Bangkok to Koh Samui from THB 2,845 ✅ (12go.asia)
  12. Why should my tax money go to you because you don't want to insure.
  13. Did you fight with the police and set a cell on fire? Stay on topic please.
  14. They did but he was fighting the police and set fire to his cell, any more good ideas?
  15. The victim who set fire to a police cell, sure
  16. Lets try to get the story line together: "he was targeted by a local gang who spiked his drink." "Carl said he had just secured accommodation in Pa Tong" "Carl found himself in a two-day frenzied delirium after allegedly having his drink spiked." "More than 48 hours later, Carl returned to a normal state ... He used the shop names to retrace his steps to his original accommodation." "when he tried to confront the muggers -....." "When he arrived he ended up being met by cops, who threw him into a police van " "During the drive, Carl said four police with metal poles beat him, ...He said: "I thought I could take it, ..... At that point, I stopped resisting" ""I found a lighter, which I used to light some rubbish on fire" Guy goes for a drink, says he got drugged. After 48 hours feeling better, goes to his original accommodation (where was he during the 48 hours?) sees he got robbed. Goes to confront the muggers, meets police with metal poles (they use them to control people who are not acting normal), resists arrest (arrest what for?). Gets into a jail cell and sets it on fire. Gets beaten up again.
  17. What is normal? The part he was drugged, the part he set fire to his cell, the part he confronted the mugger while drugged, the part the muggers had his pin code? I have been pretty drunk sometimes over the years, met many policemen and never had a problem in 40 years.
  18. Staff maybe, they might think that people get drunk and aren't sure who much they had.
  19. Jeez, what a reporting. Trying to be funny thanks to people getting killed here.
  20. Don't know in Nonthaburi area but 6 months can be done easy in Rachadapisek close to MRT, department stores and night market, no need for an agent as they speak good English.
