    You can only standup outside the vehicle, the part where you enter. Very easy to follow unless you have a greedy driver who wants to transport more people than the vehicle should.

    You are complaining as you said you won't go back to this hotel. While the discount is given by a government policy to subsidize local tourism and the hotel has nothing to do with this policy.

    I live in a 2 story house with 6 rooms and a garden. I work here and travel Rachadapisek road about 16 times a week.

    You need a lawyer coming with you to the station, that will give more pushing power. It also brings more costs.

    Paying a salary to a person who doesn't do any work is defrauding the company and the tax as you are making costs which shouldn't be there.

    The US has been supporting dictators in South America who were mass murdering the opposition for decades. Their centuries long and current dealing with indigenous people in "their" country is a very sad thing too. I know that my country has done horrific things in the past and the current government is useless too but i won't make an attempt to defend them.
